Kyle S. Brown has been working with CFM since moving to Jacksonville in 2004. Recruited here to help get it running, at the time Jaxbars.com, it became apparent his skill set was needed in organizing both the agency and the new Web site company. In 2005, Kyle became Vice President of CFM, and when the Jacksonville BUZZ Magazine was created, he took the role of Associate Publisher.

Known in the office for his dry sarcasm, Kyle finds himself in charge of everything outside of sales, which has allowed him to embrace his effort of being efficient. Kyle’s major roles outside of advisement are managing all HR, IT, Accounting and Finances for CFM. He has been the cornerstone for all company procedures, documents and methodology. With an acute sense towards detail, Kyle makes sure everything is accurate and has approval.

Kyle grew up in a small Illinois farm town two hours south of Chicago. Immediately following graduation from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, Kyle started his career with two Fortune 50 companies: Caterpillar Inc. and State Farm Insurance. After working at both companies and gaining immense experience, he moved to Florida to join fellow Bradley alumnus, Mike White, to create what CFM is today.

Kyle is a huge sports enthusiast. Rooting for all Chicago based sports franchises, especially his beloved Chicago Cubs. He is also a fan and season ticket holder of the Jacksonville Jaguars. When not at work, he can most likely be found on the golf course, softball diamond or local basketball court. He might be slightly competitive. Kyle also embraces the weekend excursion. Not wanting to be too far from work, but just enough to get away for a bit, he’s up for wherever travels of three to four days can take him. Since 2006, it is often in Nashville, TN where his brother’s family, including three nieces, and parents now call home.
