Mike White is the President of Client Focused Media, a Jacksonville based full service marketing and advertising agency and the Publisher of Jacksonville BUZZ Magazine. Mike started his career in Peoria, IL with Cromwell Radio Group and was recruited to Jacksonville in 2001 as an account manager with Cox Radio Group. Mike left Cox Radio in late 2002 to start CFM, which would enable him to work with his clients’ overall media strategies. Mike has not only grown CFM to be one of the largest marketing and advertising firms in Jacksonville, but has also launched several other divisions and companies that are continuing to expand both locally and nationally.

Outside of work, Mike is very involved in community as well as nonprofit and service organizations. Mike, an Eagle Scout, works heavily with the Boy Scouts, serves on their Executive Board and is the Vice President of At Risk Youth. Mike has also hosted a Marketing Explorer post for 9th and 10th grade students looking to learn more about the advertising industry. Other community involvement includes the Southside Business Men’s Club board of directors, The USO board of directors, Meninak, The Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, The University Club governing board, and Mike still stays in touch with his Big Brothers/Big Sisters little Brother of 11 years.

When Mike isn’t working he enjoys traveling with his wife, Joanna, a real estate attorney at Foley and Lardner LLP. You can find Mike early in the morning playing racquetball at the University Club or playing tennis with his father in law in the evening.
